I do not believe the evaluation forms given out at the end of the seminar could reflect how exceptionally well Rod performed his assignment.  I am a team leader and our entire team was assigned for this seminar.  Without exception team members were disgruntled to say the least about having to go to this seminar in the first place. Imposing deadlines and pressure were only exaggerated by the thought of spending three days away from the project.  Rod overcame the negative attitude that initially prevailed and left the team with a feeling that those three days were rewarding and will benefit us as individuals and the project efforts in the long run.
